Why I Created This Assessment

After nearly two decades of leading Human Resources across a variety of organizations, I have seen firsthand that many leaders know where they want their business to go but are less certain about which people, leadership, or operational challenges may be limiting progress. The HorizonNexus Organizational Effectiveness Assessment was created to provide a practical, business-focused way to identify strengths, uncover opportunities, and help leaders determine where focused attention may have the greatest impact.

This assessment is not about measuring your organization against a generic set of best practices. It is designed to help you better understand your current reality, create clarity around potential opportunities, and support more informed decisions as your organization grows, evolves, and moves forward.
